π¨ New Alert Modal in DirectDesign
Upon opening and enabling DirectDesign, users will now encounter a new alert modal. This modal serves to notify users that specific changes may necessitate a Design Verification. Included below are a screenshot of the alert modal along with a GIF demonstrating when and where it will appear.
π οΈ Tilt, Shade, Azimuth Adjustment Update
We have standardized the tilt, shade, and azimuth adjustments to utilize a numeric input field. This enhancement enables users to set precise values directly, rather than relying solely on the '+' and 'β' buttons for adjustments!
βοΈ Toggles β Display Settings
We've renamed the Toggles option in MissionControl to Display Settings to better find the Proposal display toggles.
π Updated Customer Proposal Tab
We have enhanced the design of the Customer Proposal Tab! The "View" button now features a dropdown menu, enabling users to easily select their desired action, whether itβs viewing the proposal, editing it, accessing design history, cloning the proposal, and more! π Utah House Bill 57 Compliance
Utah House Bill 57 (HB0057) went into effect on May 7, 2025. Among its provisions, the most relevant for Solo pertains to mandatory disclosures.
Solo will be implementing two changes:
- Itemized Details Page Requirement:
- All proposals will now include an Itemized Details Page to provide clear breakdowns of costs.
- New "Finance Fees" Line:
- A dedicated "Finance Fees" line will be displayed in the Cost section for Utah proposals, highlighting any applicable dealer fees.

Weβve introduced a new Professional Support tier for teams who want faster answers and more hands-on help!
Here's whatβs included in our new Professional Support tier:
- Priority email support (responses in 4 hours or less)
- Direct phone access to our support team
- Saturday availability to keep projects on track
Pro Support is available for just $1 more per proposal and includes everything in your current planβplus these added benefits.
Account owners or administrators can easily enable Professional Support by contacting our team directly!
Our free Standard Support plan, will still have access to:
- Our searchable Help Center
- Standard email support (8β12 hour response)
- AI-powered chatbot
- Full ticketing system
Important date: Starting June 30, phone support will be available only to customers enrolled in our new Professional Support tier. Your current access to email support, our Help Center, support tickets, and AI chatbot is not changing.
